The lovely complimentary toiletries and the convenience of on-site laundry facilities truly enhanced our stay. Nespresso coffee pods available upon request added a nice touch to our mornings.

Spacious and comfortable rooms with charming Japanese aesthetics.
During my five-night stay, I was deeply frustrated with the staff's lack of local knowledge despite their friendly demeanor. I had questions about nearby attractions and transportation, expecting at least some basic guidance, but they could hardly provide any useful information. Additionally, the early 10 AM checkout time was immensely inconvenient, considering the late-night transportation arrivals. How can a hotel not understand the needs of travelers?

A discretely tucked away little hotel close to Kyoto station, spacious and comfortable room. The bathroom offered an amazing view of a small enclosed garden, creating a relaxing atmosphere. The area has plenty of food options, so the lack of an on-site restaurant was manageable, but an optional breakfast would be a great addition. On the downside, the water in the bathroom had a strong chlorine smell. while free water was available, it was a minor annoyance. I really enjoyed how comfortable the beds were and the size of the apartment allowed for open space even with luggage. The staff members were genuinely friendly and immensely helpful. Location-wise, the hotel felt both central yet tranquil, just a short walk from Kyoto station's main exit. However, walls were quite thin, so I could hear neighbors talking and dealing with their morning alarms. The room was small but equipped, and the lobby toiletries were a nice touch, especially the cute Japanese hair accessories. I appreciated having electric kettle facilities, but there was only one coffee serving for my four-night stay, which felt insufficient. Overall, the room was nice and the nearby hospital was a bonus during our unfortunate medical visit, and the on-site laundry with English instructions was a plus too.

We stayed 4 nights in a spacious Superior King Room that had an amazing double sink and a big bathtub. The staff were super helpful, and we appreciated the fresh towels and room cleaning on the second day. The location was great, only 8 minutes from the station!
The checkout time was a bit early at 10am.
